Hagestad, 33, is making his third Masters appearance after again winning the U.S. Mid-Amateur, the national championship for post-collegiate amateur golfers. In 2017, he became the first player who qualified via the U.S. Mid-Amateur to make the cut at the Masters, and he finished as the low amateur in a tie for 36th.
